She is back to see you again today with more intense itching and now has facial swelling and she says she has not been able to sleep for the past week. 1. Over-the counter anti-histamines only
2. Oral steroids for one week
3. Oral steroids for next 3 weeks
4. Oral steroids for the next six weeks
