Answering Telephones in a Polite and Professional Manner
This duty entails the following:
- Speaking respectfully and considerately at all times when conversing on the telephone
- Dealing sensitively and gently with patient concerns
- Representing the physician and management for whom you are employed well through good communication skills
- Providing efficient results for patients and fellow offices with whom you speak to over the telephone
- Conducting one’s self in a polite and professional manner at all times with patients
