Answering Telephones in a Polite and Professional Manner

This duty entails the following:

  • Speaking respectfully and considerately at all times when conversing on the telephone
  • Dealing sensitively and gently with patient concerns
  • Representing the physician and management for whom you are employed well through good communication skills
  • Providing efficient results for patients and fellow offices with whom you speak to over the telephone
  • Conducting one’s self in a polite and professional manner at all times with patients
