Competently Using Computer Applications

This duty entails the following:

• Understanding the functions of the computer applications in use
• Demonstrating competent and efficient typing skills
• Using the software in the most efficient manner possible to ensure a positive patient experience

Note: The software used will vary by physician and management for whom you will be employed. A medical assistant must be competent and able to quickly master any medical software used to provide excellent patient care.
