Disclosing of Medical Histories
This duty entails the following:
- Organizing patients’ records in an efficient manner in order to ensure no loss of information
- Updating patients’ records as new information and new test results become available
- Disclose patients’ medical histories when authorizing prescriptions or when explaining results to the patients
- Conducting one’s self in a polite and professional manner at all times with patients
