Performing Electrocardiography

This duty entails the following:

Understanding the basics of normal cardiac function and the symptoms of abnormal cardiac functions
Understanding the relationship of ECG markings and normal/abnormal functioning
Ensuring the equipment is functioning properly
Dealing gently and communicating sensitively with the patients as the ECG is performed
Conducting one’s self in a polite and professional manner at all times with patients
